Tilly Evans, MSW-I 

Ogden/Telehealth



With over 4 years of experience, Tilly has worked with teens grappling with trauma, suicidal ideation, and substance abuse. She has also worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Her knowledge spans various issues including anxiety, ADHD, depression, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and attachment disorders. Tilly finds fulfillment in working with teens, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, couples, and anyone striving to reach their fullest potential.


Trained in Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, Tilly combines empathy and evidence-based practices to facilitate positive change.


Outside of her professional pursuits, Tilly enjoys spending time in nature with her partner and two dogs. She finds joy in dancing, crafting with friends, and actively engages in the vibrant community events Ogden has to offer.
