Suzanne Smith, MSW-I

Suzanne obtained her Bachelors of Psychology from Weber State University and is currently pursuing her Masters of Social Work. She utilizes person-centered and strengths-based approaches and believes that therapy should focus on the whole person. She believes that therapy should be a safe place where clients are respected as the experts in their lives and goals.
Suzanne has experience working with teenagers and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, PTSD, and more. She enjoys working with the LGBTQ+ community, couples, adults, and teens, as well as those going through faith and life transitions. Suzanne has been trained in motivational interviewing and has experience with mindfulness, DBT skills, ACT, and CBT.
Outside of her profession, Suzanne enjoys baking, drawing, reading, crocheting, and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys yoga, meditation, and going on walks.
