Amy has over 20 years of experience as a clinical social worker and has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient mental health, hospitals, kidney transplant and dialysis centers, home health care, adult and aging and community mental health. She has a special interest in working with people impacted by adoption and trauma. She works with adolescents and adults to address specific mental health concerns and supports those looking for self-exploration, development, and growth. Amy integrates creative expression and body-based healing along with talk-based therapies to meet the needs of each client in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma and relational issues. She uses a positive and holistic approach to therapy. Creating a safe place to explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges is her primary goal. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, knitting and time with her family and animals.
